Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is perfectly situated with a stunning view of the WW1 monument. The check-in process could use improvement, especially regarding room availability during peak times.
The hotel had some wear and a shower issue but overall was pretty clean and quiet, with a convenient location within walking distance to everything. The view from the room was inviting, especially during Christmas time, though the dining experience was not very good and pricey for the value. The staff was mostly pleasant but strict with late check-out, while the location was great for shopping and food options.
The hotel had large and comfortable rooms with a musty smell, although they were clean but showed signs of wear. The view of Kansas City from the large window should have been nice, but it was obscured by a very dirty window. The service was very helpful and friendly when asking for suggestions but appeared busy upon arrival. The location was perfect for our agenda, offering easy access to Union Station, The Link, Crown Center, and connected to the Plaza for shopping and dining. The dining options were limited and overpriced, with basic offerings. Despite its flaws, the hotel offered a well-maintained pool area.
